Heart to Heart was established in September 2001. We serve patients in the Baltimore/DC area. For each patient, we strive to provide the most appropriate use of the technologies available for the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular disorders. We focus on maximizing excellent outcomes and quality of life.

Internal Medicine Physician Columbia MD | Feroz A. Padder, MD, FACC Dr. Padder is the founding member of the practice. He attended medical school at the University of Kashmir. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center of Boston (Tufts University). He completed cardiology fellowships at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He attended the University at Alabama-Birmingham for his interventional cardiology fellowship. Dr. Padder is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology, and has a special interest in coronary and peripheral angioplasty.

Khalid M. Zirvi, MD, FACC

Internal Medicine Physician Columbia MD | Khalid M. Zirvi, MD, FACC Dr. Zirvi received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He completed his cardiology training and interventional cardiology training at the Lankenau Hospital (Thomas Jefferson University System) in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Zirvi is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. He has a special interest in coronary and peripheral angioplasty.

She completed her internal medicine residency also at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her cardiology fellowship from the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville. Dr. Selonick is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Her special interest is in women’s cardiovascular health.

Michael E. Carlos, MD

Michael E. Carlos, MD | Columbia MD Dr. Carlos received his medical degree and completed his internal medicine residency at the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He completed his cardiology training at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI and a fellowship in cardiac and peripheral interventions at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South in Houma, LA. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease. His interest is in the prevention of cardiovascular disease and the long term care of the cardiac patient

Emerson Chang, PA-C

Emerson Chang, PA-C | Columbia MD Emerson Chang graduated from the University of Maryland for his undergrad and completed his PA certification training at Anne Arundel Community College in 2008. He completed his Masters in Medical Science at St. Francis University. Emerson has been working diligently in Padder Health Services in Family Practice since March 2009 and in Cardiology since July 2009.
